Guided Coastal Cycling Experience

The Hamadori region of Fukushima is known for its spectacular views over the Pacific Ocean. Local authorities are working to make this area eligible for designation as a National Cycle Route in the future, with long routes traversable easily by bike. On this tour, you'll ride the seaside trails alongside a bike rental owner who knows the local area like the back of their hand. Unlike the full route along the coast, this is a shorter route -- roughly three hours in total -- that will showcase the Iwaki area and its highlights. This includes the torii gate at Bentenjima, sitting on a small rocky outcropping off the beach. ・Perfectly maintained and modern bicycles are available. ・Even beginners can enjoy the well-maintained course along the seaside. ・You can see the magnificent Pacific Ocean from high ground, along with many other photogenic spots."
