Hello! I’m here to assist you in exploring the literary heritage of Fukushima Prefecture, following in the footsteps of writers and poets, including the renowned Matsuo Bashō.

I can also provide interpretation services in Polish (please note that I am not a certified Polish tour guide, so my role will be limited to interpretation only). If you need an interpreter when welcoming guests from Poland, feel free to reach out. I would be happy to help!

My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable guided experience for visitors who sincerely appreciate and respect Japanese culture, traditions, and customs.

Wishing to support you as a casual personal guide interpreter. Starting from a high-school English teacher, I've long worked for a National College of Technology as a professor. Having practiced several traditional martial arts & sports. Interested in world peace, international relations, sustainable development, and grass-roots intercultural communication. I would like to give you a handmade guide to meet your needs. I was born and raised in a port town called Yotsukura in Iwaki. My father was a semi-professional sea urchin and abalone diver. I was good at catching clams and mussels from an early age by imitation. I still go swimming in the ocean in the summer.

I started karate when I was in college to introduce Japanese culture to the world, and I have been practicing it for more than 45 years even though I am not very good at it. I still participate in masters, expert, and old men's competitions. I have also acquired the 3rd dan in Judo, which I used to do. I have a judo physique, so I am quite thick and disadvantageous for karate.

In winter, if I have time, I go to Urabandaï to ski alone. I can help those who are interested in karate and skiing on their own trips. I will guide you with hospitality so that you will want to come back to Fukushima again.

(ski : good at instruction for kids and beginners) I am a pilot of small airplane & helicopter. So, I have a knowledge of aviation. My Facebook page is so called bilingual. I worked for the Minamisoma International Association on March 11th 2011. After the earthquake disaster, I confirmed the safety of foreigners living in the city and told the evacuated citizens about the situation of the town through webpage. I also evacuated to Miyagi, but I was able to use the lifeline at my home safely, so I returned home in about one week. I am currently a coastal field partner.
