Starting at the Kawauchi-no-Yu hot spring facility, this course is a luxurious way to enjoy the food, culture, history, and healing of Kawauchi Village. Passing through the village office and stopping by Tenzan Bunko, you can enjoy the seasonal scenery and catch a glimpse of the connection between the late Shimpei Kusano and Kawauchi Village. The scenery and stone monuments also remind us of the forestry industry that once flourished in Kawauchi Village.  If you are physically fit, challenge the ascent of the Foothill Shrine. If you wish to walk longer distances, take the Health Walk to the south or other trails to the north.
